No guarantee of approval

The decision to grant a visa or an expedited appointment rests solely with the U.S. authorities. We do not guarantee visa approval, appointment dates or processing times. Dates mentioned by us are estimates based on availability.

Fees and payments

You are not charged in advance. Our service fee becomes payable only once your appointment has been officially booked. Official visa fees paid to the U.S. authorities are separate, are set by them and are generally non-refundable.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information and genuine documents. You are responsible for the information in your DS-160 form and for attending your appointments with the required documents. VisaDrive is not responsible for delays or refusals caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaDrive shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website, including changes in embassy rules, slot availability or visa decisions.
